Capital Flavors Catering is pleased to be partnered with a premier conference center in Rosslyn.
- ZAI Associates, Inc. is a full service conference center located next to the Rosslyn Metro in Arlington, VA.
- The Conference Center can be configured in various ways and will accommodate 70 participants in a classroom configuration or 100 people auditorium style.
- The Conference Center features complete audio-visual capabilities, including a data projector for laptop computer presentations, overhead projectors for transparencies, and a VCR.
- Our facility has a built-in floor-to-ceiling, 12-foot wide screen for projection and an oversized white board for easy readability from the rear of the room and flip charts. There is a public address system with a Lavaliere microphone.

Ordering Information
We will make every attempt to accommodate last minute requests. However, we do recommend placing all orders 24 to 48 hours in advance to insure your needs can be met.
Cancellation Policy
Generally, same day cancellations must be made prior to 7 AM, with the exception of 48 hour items. Those must be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Presentation
All orders are presented on high quality black plastic trays and bowls. Hot entrée items are presented in disposable chafers for your convenience. All necessary plate ware, napkins, dining utensils and serving utensils are provided complimentary with each order at no additional expense.
Weekend and Evening Deliveries
Subject to availability, all weekend orders must be placed by 1 pm Friday to ensure product availability. Evening orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
Delivery
All catering items are available for delivery at a nominal charge. Due to traffic patterns and delivery schedule demands, we must ask for a 30 minute delivery window.
Equiptment Pick-Up
If your event requires equipment, such as chafing dishes or coffee urns, these items will be picked up within a 48 hour period after your event. Until the pick up has occurred, the equipment is the sole responsibility of the company placing the order. If there is any missing or damaged equipment, a replacement fee will be charged.
